1. Books & Educational Materials

We aim to provide high-quality resources for both professionals and the public. Refunds or returns for books are available under the following conditions:

• The book was damaged during delivery.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at [email protected] with your order ID and pictures of the damaged/incorrect product.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

2. Consultations & Mentorship Bookings

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule a consultation/mentorship session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

• If Dr. Mohsin Raza needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

4. Order Cancellations

• Books: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it by emailing us at [email protected]. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may still return the item under our return policy.

• Consultations: As mentioned above, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads (if introduced in the future).

• Consultation or mentorship sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Books returned without original packaging or showing signs of use.
